As a part of administrative reforms, Priyadarshini Dental College and Hospital (PDCH) have initiated and implemented Empower and Exchange (Naan Mudhalvan-I am the principal) Principal In-charge program to decentralise the power and empower all the senior faculty members to handle higher administrative functions. Professor and Heads of all dental departments are posted as Principal in-charge for three days and let them to work under the supervision of serving Principal. He / She has to perform the routine duties of Head of Higher Educational Institution.
