PDCH Governing Council is the supreme body of the college. All the major policy decisions are taken in the governing council.
It is headed by the Principal being as the chairman and assisted by the Vice-chairman, Secretary and Joint secretary. It includes all Heads of the department as its members and two external experts from other organisations.
Chairman, Thiru.V. G. Raajendran and Managing director, Tmt. Indira Raajendran Indira Educational and Charitable Trust, are the advisors of the council.
The council branches into Curriculum committee, Planning and monitoring committee and Finance committee.
The tenure of the council is for two years.
